1. Access control power supply or access control controller: Generally, a three-core power cord is used in the access control system, and the wire diameter is more than 1.0 square millimeters, and it must be truly grounded.
2. The line from the card reader to the access control controller: It is recommended to use 8-core shielded multi-stranded twisted pair network cable (three of which are spare, if the card reader is not required for sound and light feedback, the legal card can not be connected to the LED cable), data lines Data1, Data0 Twisting each other is better. The longest can not exceed 100 meters. The shield wire is connected to the GND of the controller. Bold or double-strand-in-one power supply to the card reader, which helps to improve the performance of the card reader.
3. The line from the button to the access control controller: It is recommended to use a two-core line with a diameter of more than 0.3 square millimeters. A network cable can also be used.
4. The wire from the electric lock to the access control controller: It is recommended to use a two-core power wire with a wire diameter of more than 1.0 square millimeters. If it exceeds 50 meters, consider using a thicker wire, or multiple strands in parallel, and the longest should not exceed 100 meters. For the line from the door sensor to the controller, it is recommended to choose a two-core line with a diameter of more than 0.3 square millimeters, or a network cable. Lock and other functions, the door magnetic wire can not be connected.
5. Communication line: (Access control controller to computer): At present, the system using TCP/IP communication method, the controller to the switch uses a common network cable, and the straight-through network cable crystal head generally follows the 568B line sequence standard (as shown in the figure below), and the single distance is the best less than 100 meters.
How to wire the access control system:
(1) The power line and the signal line should be put through pipes separately, and the distance between the two pipes should be more than 30cm when they are arranged in parallel for a long distance.
(2) The AC 220V power supply is uniformly supplied to each access control point by the UPS of the management center. In some cases, the AC 220V power supply for the small access control system can also be obtained nearby, but it should meet the relevant specifications.
(3) Marks must be made when threading, and the connector of the wire must be placed in the junction box. If this work is neglected, it will bring great trouble to future installation and debugging.
(4) The installation position of the card reader and the exit button is pre-buried in the 86-type bottom box.
